주식회사 너울소프트(이하 “회사”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 별(byeol, 이하 “서비스”) 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 회사가 어떤 정보를 왜 수집하고, 어떻게 이용·보관·파기하는지를 설명합니다. Neoulsoft Inc. (“the Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and handles the personal information of users of byeol (“the Service”) with care. This policy explains what information the Company collects and why, and how it is used, stored, and destroyed.
서비스는 회원 가입, 방송 시청·송출, 후원·결제, 고객지원 과정에서 다음 정보를 수집합니다.The Service collects the following during sign-up, viewing/broadcasting, support/payment, and customer support.

회사는 카드번호·계좌비밀번호 등 민감 결제정보를 저장하지 않으며, 결제는 전자금융업 등록 결제대행사를 통해 처리됩니다.The Company does not store sensitive payment data such as card numbers or account passwords; payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway.
개인정보는 수집·이용 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 아래 기간 동안 보관합니다.Personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is achieved. However, it is retained for the periods below as required by law.

파기 시 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제하고, 출력물은 분쇄·소각합니다.Upon destruction, electronic files are deleted irrecoverably and printouts are shredded or incinerated.
회사는 이용자 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우, 또는 아래의 경우 예외로 합니다.The Company does not provide personal information externally without consent, except where based on law or a lawful request from an investigative agency, or in the cases below.

실시간 방송 송출은 회사 자체 인프라(LiveKit)에서 처리하며 외부 위탁하지 않습니다.Real-time broadcasting is handled on the Company's own infrastructure (LiveKit) and is not outsourced.
이용자는 카카오·네이버·구글·애플·라인 계정으로 로그인할 수 있습니다. 이때 회사는 각 제공자로부터 이용자가 동의한 항목(고유식별자, 이메일, 닉네임·프로필 등)만 전달받으며, 제공자의 비밀번호는 수집하지 않습니다.Users may log in with Kakao/Naver/Google/Apple/LINE. The Company receives only the items the user consented to (unique identifier, email, nickname/profile) and does not collect the provider password. Each provider's own policy applies to its processing.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 조회·수정·삭제·처리정지 요청할 수 있으며, 회원 탈퇴로 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 요청은 서비스 내 설정 또는 개인정보 보호책임자(support@nskit.io)를 통해 처리합니다.Users may at any time request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information, and may withdraw consent by deleting their account. Requests are handled via in-service settings or the Privacy Officer (support@nskit.io).
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입 시 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다. 유료 결제·후원은 성년 또는 법정대리인 동의를 전제로 합니다.The Service does not target children under 14; sign-up by children under 14 requires legal-guardian consent. Paid charging/support presumes adulthood or guardian consent.

본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 최소 7일 전(중대한 변경은 30일 전) 서비스 내 공지합니다.This policy may be revised in line with changes in law or the service; changes are announced in-service at least 7 days (30 days for material changes) before the effective date.
본 약관은 주식회사 너울소프트(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 별(byeol) 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Neoulsoft Inc. (“the Company”) and users in connection with the use of the byeol Service.
“서비스”란 회사가 제공하는 라이브 방송 플랫폼 별(byeol) 및 관련 제반 서비스를 말합니다.“Service” means the live-streaming platform byeol and related services provided by the Company.
약관은 서비스 초기화면에 게시하며, 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 시행일 7일 전(불리한 변경은 30일 전) 공지하며, 이용자가 거부하는 경우 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.These Terms are posted on the initial screen; the Company may change them within the bounds of law. Changes are announced 7 days (30 days for unfavorable changes) before the effective date, and a user who objects may terminate the contract.
이용계약은 이용자가 약관에 동의하고 가입 신청을 하면 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 성립합니다. 회사는 타인 명의 도용, 허위 정보 기재, 부정 이용 이력 등의 경우 승낙을 유보·거절할 수 있습니다.The contract is formed when a user agrees to the Terms, applies, and the Company accepts. The Company may withhold or refuse acceptance in cases of identity theft, false information, or a history of abuse.
이용자는 관련 법령에 따라 청약철회 및 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.Users may request withdrawal of subscription and refund as provided by law.
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.Users must not:
회사·BJ·채널 매니저는 건전한 이용환경을 위해 채팅 강퇴·밴 등 모더레이션을 할 수 있으며, 이용자는 부적절한 콘텐츠를 신고하거나 다른 이용자를 차단할 수 있습니다. 회사는 약관·법령 위반 시 경고, 콘텐츠 삭제, 채널 정지, 이용제한, 계약 해지 등의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.The Company, BJs, and channel managers may moderate (chat kick/ban) for a healthy environment, and users may report objectionable content or block other users. The Company may issue warnings, delete content, suspend channels, restrict use, or terminate the contract for violations.
서비스 자체에 대한 저작권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. BJ·이용자가 제작·게시한 방송·콘텐츠의 권리는 해당 이용자에게 있으며, 이용자는 회사가 서비스 운영·홍보를 위해 필요한 범위에서 이를 이용하도록 허락합니다.Copyright in the Service itself belongs to the Company. Rights in broadcasts/content created and posted by BJs/users belong to those users, who grant the Company the right to use them within the scope necessary for operating and promoting the Service.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 회사와 이용자는 성실히 협의합니다. 협의가 이루어지지 않는 경우 관할은 민사소송법에 따른 법원으로 합니다.These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Company and users shall negotiate disputes in good faith; failing agreement, jurisdiction lies with the court under the Civil Procedure Act.
부칙 · 본 약관은 2026년 7월 21일부터 시행합니다.Addendum · These Terms take effect on July 21, 2026.
